10 Delaware Academy athletes competed at the Section IV Championship Meet, held at Cornell University this weekend. Congratulations to Ellie Lees, whose 2nd-place finish qualified her for the state championship meet! Here’s the results from this weekend:

Congratulations to our varsity girls basketball team, which won the opening round of sectionals last night at home. They defeated Candor 64-28. On to the next round!

With a 68-38 victory over Sidney on Saturday, the Delaware Academy boys basketball team earns a repeat MAC Championship! Congratulations!

Today the 5th graders filled the high school auditorium with music! An appreciative audience enjoyed performances by the 5th Grade Orchestra, Chorus and Band. Thank you, Mrs. Gibson, Mrs. Buel, Ms. Linder and Miss Collison!










The Delaware Academy Varsity Boy's Basketball team plays Sidney CSD for the MAC Championship on Saturday at 3:00 pm, in the Unadilla Valley CSD High School/Middle School gymnasium. Tickets will be $3 students, $5 adults, available at the door.

It's School Resource Officer Appreciation Day, and Delaware Academy SRO Al Ferrara got the message loud and clear: we sure do appreciate him and all he does to help our students and school. Happy SRO Day, Mr. Ferrara!


Students may be on break next week, but the school-based health center will still be available to them!
