This year we will be utilizing a digital platform called FinalForms for all athletic forms and back-to-school forms. FinalForms pre-populates information, wherever possible, for each of your students from season-to-season and year-to-year, saving time. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.
An account confirmation email from FinalForms with a link to log into the platform to complete athletic forms will be sent to the parents/guardians of students signed up for fall sports on August 9, 2024. Please check your spam mailbox if you do not see the email in your inbox. If your child has signed up for a fall sport, but you do not receive an email, or your child would like to sign up for a fall sport, please contact Athletic Coordinator Kyle Murray at 607-746-1300.
An email with a link to log into the platform to complete back-to-school forms will be sent to all Delaware Academy families on August 22, 2024.

The New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) has named Delaware Academy a School of Distinction for the 2023-2024 school year. 100% of the DA varsity teams across all seasons received the NYSPHSAA Scholar-Athlete team award, allowing Delaware Academy to earn this highest level of recognition. Delaware Academy’s FFA chapter participated in the Sidney Agriculture Day at Keith Clark Park in Sidney on Sunday. The event is held to educate the public about different kinds of agriculture, and the DA table focused on the chapter’s maple program. The students answered questions about maple products and processes and gave away free samples of maple syrup to about 200 people who stopped by the table. The Sidney FFA chapter also hosted tables at the event, offering visitors a chance to make ice cream or butter. Four Delaware Academy FFA members and advisor Mr. Kline attended and had a sweet time!
Delaware Academy CSD at Delhi will host its annual Board of Education Reorganizational meeting on Monday, July 8, 2024. The board will convene at 6:00 pm. There will be a Regular Board of Education Meeting immediately following the Annual Reorganizational meeting. The balcony will be available for seating, and there will be an overflow room with the simulcast on screen. Light refreshments will be served in the lobby following the ceremony. Faculty and staff celebrated a number of retirees at a reception at the elementary school this afternoon. Superintendent Kelly Zimmerman and Principals Deb Liddle and Julie Mable helped honor each for their service. Mrs. Mable herself was among the honored retirees, and best wishes were also extended to Mrs. Zimmerman and Mr. Jeffrey Ferrara who will be leaving Delaware Academy. There were flowers and cupcakes, and best wishes for all! Those retiring include Brian Rolfe, Doreen McGrath, Janine Rosener, Darleen Crandall, Rose Gadding, Nancy Smith, Susan Burns and Julie Mable, along with bus drivers Sharon Jaddis and Diane Maxwell.
This summer, our school-based health center (DASH) will be open on Wednesdays, but you can make an appointment on other days at any of the school-based health centers listed here!
