It's easy to check your student's 5-week progress report in SchoolTool– just follow these steps.

Around 30 DA high school Sources of Strength (SOS) members and 11 adult advisors enjoyed a day of training last week, along with students and adult advisors from the Stamford CSD Sources of Strength group. Jennifer Heilmann and Maddy Forster came from the University of Rochester to provide the training. Sources of Strength is a school-based program that aims to prevent suicide, bullying, violence, and substance abuse through peer-to-peer and adult-to-peer connections.










Last week our Pre-K, 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade students enjoyed a field trip to Walton for a performance of The Ugly Duckling, a fully-staged children’s opera performed by the Tri-City Opera. What fun!

Thursday’s Red Cross blood drive, sponsored by the DA High School Student Senate, was a huge success, collecting 29 pints of blood– exceeding the goal for the day by 4 pints! Thank you to the student senators for organizing the blood drive, and to all the volunteers and donors who helped support this annual service event.







Last week was National Fire Prevention Week, and our elementary students learned about fire safety and prevention from some of our local firefighters and emergency squad members. Thank you, Delhi Fire Department for a memorable and educational visit!








It was so nice seeing our students and families at the Pre-K - 2nd Grade Open House last week! Thank you for coming, and thank you teachers and staff for making it such a great a evening!
