With September right around the corner, many parents are already planning meals and budgets ahead of the start of another school year. Delaware Academy would like to encourage all households to consider filling out the application for Free and Reduced Price School Meals (Download HERE) even if you feel your family’s income makes you ineligible!
Please return completed applications as soon as possible. Families that completed applications in the 2022-2023 school year will need to resubmit an application for the 2023-2024 school year. Last year's eligibility will expire on October 17th. Applications are available on our website, main offices and in the published District calendar or click the link below. Please note all families that qualify for Reduced priced meals will again receive a Breakfast and Lunch meal daily at no charge due to additional government funding.
Simply completing and returning the Free and Reduced Meal Program application can have a positive impact that does more than benefit eligible families alone. Data from these applications qualifies us to participate in other Federal, State and Locally funded programs by demonstrating a need.
