Thank you for your interest in Delaware Academy's Universal Pre-Kindergarten program for the 2023-2024 school year.
Please complete the following information to pre-register your child for possible inclusion in our UPK this fall. Children must be four-years-old before December 1, 2023 to be eligible for consideration.
There are eighteen (18) spots available due to the nature of the federal grant under which the program will be primarily funded. Please note that completion of this form will place your child's name into a lottery system from which names will be randomly selected until 18 spots have been filled. Completion of this form does not guarantee a spot in the program.
