The Information Systems & Technology Department at Delaware Academy strives to provide the best service to our students and staff. In collaboration with the Managed Information Technology Service through BT BOCES, our DA department is made of three knowledgeable and professional staff.  In the case of a technical issue, please submit a Technical Support Request or use the following resources: 

Google Workspace provides our district with e-mail, documents, calendaring for all of our staff and students in grades 3-12.  

All students have e-mail addresses provided to them through the district through Google.  The use of the school provided account is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy #24, Internet Safety and the student handbook.  Student e-mail accounts are to be used for school work and collaboration purposes.  Students in Kindergarten through Eighth grade can only send mail to teachers.  Ninth through twelfth grade students have unrestricted e-mail use.  Student accounts may be viewed by administration at any time.

Ms. Pinter oversees overall department operations.  We take pride in providing high quality support for our students, staff, and administration. 

Mr. Andrew Davis - Network Support Specialist

Mr. Davis works to keep computer and network systems up-to-date and works closely with our Computer Technician, Mrs. Hanrahan.

Mrs. Tina Hanrahan - Computer Technician

Mrs. Hanrahan provides the first level of support for our end users.  She also configures and sets up Desktop and Laptop computers in classrooms and offices throughout the district.
