SBHC Pfizer Vaccination

Pfizer Vaccine Now Available Through DASH School-Based Health Clinic

Following a recent announcement of full FDA-approval of the Pfizer Covid-19 Vaccination, many have been prompted to schedule their shot as an added measure of protection as another surge in infection rates seems inevitable.
Pfizer’s leap forward in approval status, along with a recent uptick in Delta-variant transmission of the virus among school-aged children may motivate parents to opt adding covid vaccinations to their back-to-school lists as the finish line to summer break draws near.

The Delaware Academy School Based Health Center, also known as DASH, is now offering the FDA-approved Pfizer vaccine to any eligible student who has not already received the shot.

At this time, the same vaccination is likewise permitted for use for those aged 12+ under the EUA provision and available at DASH.

In addition to age eligibility, students must also be currently registered (established with the provider) at DASH Health Center at Delaware Academy.

For more information on how to schedule your child's’ Covid-19 vaccination, or for assistance with registering your student with DASH, we encourage you to simply call (607)746-7454 or (888)255-7242.
